- HR Support: Assist with a variety of HR tasks, from recruiting and onboarding to administrative support and enhancing company culture. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and retain great talent.
- Office Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees.
- Company Events: Help plan and coordinate exciting company events, from team-building activities to social gatherings. You'll help foster a positive and engaging work culture through creative and inclusive events.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle office communications, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, responding to inquiries, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Your profile
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing office operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage
