## Tareas

*   Providing guidance to customers via phone, email, and online chat regarding destinations, schools, suitable programs, and visa requirements
*   Managing your sales leads and organizing phone contacts and interview requests with potential students
*   Creating and following up on quotes, sending brochures, and converting leads and opportunities into bookings
*   Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about our offerings, destinations, and effective sales techniques
*   Collaborating closely with Student Support Referrals to confirm availability

## Requisitos

*   Native level of German
*   Full Professional level of English
*   A degree in sales, marketing, tourism, or an equivalent field
*   Experience in the sales department within the travel and tourism industry or in language education
*   Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*   Multilingual proficiency, including German and English
*   Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
