We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Business to Business department!

You will be a key player for our Sales team in the Italian market as we accelerate our growth in this strategic revenue channel.

You will

  • Own and nurture a pipeline of pre-qualified prospects delivered by our Sales Development team
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the aims and strategic business needs of each of your accounts
  • Deliver tailored value propositions to your prospects through presentations and live product demos
  • Negotiate deals with multiple stakeholders from Procurement to C-level
  • Oversee the successful handover of closed accounts to the Account Management team
  • Delight in rising to the challenge of ambitious growth targets

You have

  • Valuable outbound sales experience
  • Native-level Italian and excellent English language skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and agreed KPIs
  • Target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
