We are looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing for our Business to Business department!

You will be leading our inbound marketing team and guiding the strategic development of our lead generation campaigns by driving innovation in our main marketing channels.

You will:

  • Develop a strong team of B2B marketing managers working across various channels and countries and promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and superior performance standards
  • Define the marketing strategy and support strategic development in our core markets
  • Plan the yearly and monthly budget for our performance marketing channels in cooperation with the B2B marketing team
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and drive innovation
  • Determine, analyze, and evaluate performance metrics to drive process and strategy improvements
  • Work closely with other departments (Content, Operations, Design, Sales) to support cross-functional lead acquisition efforts

You have:

  • Experience both as an individual contributor and team lead in B2B marketing focusing on inbound lead generation
  • 5+ years experience in B2B lead acquisition and 2 years leadership experience
  • Generalist with a holistic view on marketing activities and experience across different online marketing channels
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets and agreed KPIs in a B2B environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current trends & technologies in online marketing
  • Superior quantitative skills combined with strong marketing planning and strategic capabilities
  • Fluent English language skills
