About the Role
As our People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for creating a passionate, committed and productive work environment. No matter the project, process, or initiative, your focus will be on elevating Avrios’ most valuable asset – our people. You will work closely with our Talent and Operations leaders to manage the full lifecycle of an employee from planning for their first day to the last and everything in between. You’ll play an important role in all matters of people while always acting as an ambassador of our culture and upholding the standards of what makes Avrios an amazing place to work.
