Senior Influencer Manager (m/f/d)

Audiencly - is the leading influencer marketing agency for games worldwide! We are working with the biggest game publishers and brands and connect them with the right social media content creators. With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.

We are currently expanding our international team and are looking for a senior influencer manager for remote work.

• identification of new influencers and brand ambassadors on different social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook
• communication with and activation of influencers, establishing long-term relationship management
• support of the influencers during the campaigns
• generating reports and direct reporting to the campaign director
• You transfer your acquired expertise in the area of influencer marketing to your team
• You analyze your team's performance with the goal to further improve strengths and reduce shortcomings
• You lead meetings with the senior team regularly to exchange new learnings
• negotiating, drafting and processing of contracts and cooperations with influencers
• support and management of your own team of influencer relations managers
• onboarding of new influencer relations managers

• at least 3 years professional experience in influencer marketing
• You have a good insight into the influencer landscape and the newest social media trends
• You have excellent communication skills and are professionally proficient, well structured and self-reliant
• You have profound experience with social media and their analysis and influencer key data, you feel confident when using the monitoring tools
• excellent English language skills, additional language skills are highly appreciated
