ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and motivated performance marketeer.

The ideal candidate will combine a passion for mobile games with skills and experience to grow our mobile games portfolio through performance marketing.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a growing portfolio of top grossing mobile games. Act as a project owner and work with the internal teams, such a developer marketing, business intelligence, platform relations and product. Plan, start and run performance marketing campaigns in several channels. You will be the performance marketing go-to within Flexion and you will be instrumental part of our growing marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of User Growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own and manage growing campaign budgets

  • Build, maintain and enhance relationships with our mobile UA partners (agencies)
  • Create and manage internal reporting and process
  • Work with the product team to feedback on the optimal UA product and tech set-up
  • Work with the BI team to analyze and optimize campaigns
  • Perform data-driven campaign optimisations
