About the role
We’re looking for an experienced product manager to join us in London to become the product lead for our user acquisition and growth team.
User acquisition and in-app advertising in the alternative appstore space comes with its own set of unique opportunities and challenges. The evolving ecosystems are commercially and technologically fragmented, and open to innovation and fresh ideas in ways not possible when operating within the confines of Google Play or the iOS Appstore.
Flexion is on its way to become the leading player in the UA space for open market distribution. We now want to find the product lead that can help us shape the product and turn our vision into reality.
The role reports to the company’s CPO but you’ll be working just as closely with Flexion’s commercial team and Chief Revenue Officer – creating, detailing and executing a feature strategy and roadmap to support the wider business objectives. This is a fast evolving and partially greenfield activity so you will have lots of freedom to make your own distinct mark on our product and the impact it has on performance.
Some concrete examples of what will likely keep you busy for the first stint of your employment with us include;
Moving beyond that that you'll naturally also be building out the overall product vision for your space and driving the creation of our mid to long term UA and in-app advertising roadmaps.

You’ll need to be able to identify and prioritise challenges, issues and impediments. You will be empowered to autonomously identify suitable solutions and strategies meeting objectives and overcoming challenges and taking ownership for their execution.
