About the role
We’re looking for a user acquisitions operations managers to join our growing user acquisition team in London.
User acquisition and in-app advertising in the alternative appstore space comes with its own set of unique opportunities and challenges. The evolving ecosystems are commercially and technologically fragmented, and open to innovation and fresh ideas in ways not possible when operating within the confines of Google Play or the iOS Appstore.
Flexion is on its way to become the leading player in the UA space for open market distribution.
Flexion is a flat organisation, driven by proactivity in action and thought. As a result, the role requires a fundamental ability to self-organise and self-prioritise activities. You’ll need to be able to identify and prioritise challenges, issues and impediments. You will be empowered to autonomously identify suitable solutions and strategies meeting objectives and overcoming challenges and taking ownership for their execution.
