We are looking for a__Sales Operations Manager__to further strengthen our team here in South Africa.

Main tasks:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance of all operational, procurement, administration, and financial aspects of the sales cycle
  • Manage the orders, sales support, invoicing and collections functions with high efficiency and attention to detail
  • Streamline systems, processes, and implement best practices to both improve customer experience & maximize team productivity
  • Monitor KPIs and coach operations team to optimal standards
  • Analyse financial data and draw insights to support management decision making
  • Interact with the internal team, key suppliers and/or Global Finance management
  • Consistently seek and provide actionable feedback and solve complex problems
  • Enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients
  • Be an individual and team contributor

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years in operations, sales operations, or consulting
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Experience creating, analysing, and drawing insights from basic financial reports
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Good big picture business understanding
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Strong technical & analytical abilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Loves problem-solving and just making things work better
  • Maintains a positive attitude and adds value to the team
  • A 4-year degree
  • Native-level English
