  • Work alongside our co-founders Alex and Christoph in building successful relationships with the world’s largest offsetters
  • Sustainably grow the volume transacted and retired via Atem through customer-centric and input-oriented sales
  • Be the go-to contact for our established customers and ensure that they stay with us
  • Grow your network and experience in the voluntary carbon market to help shape Atem’s strategy and increase our visibility in the ecosystem
  • Collect feedback from customers and industry experts to help shape our product roadmap


  • Years of experience in enterprise business development, with demonstrable success
  • Self-starter that springs into action, with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable in a remote-first setting
