Accounting Specialist FINTECH

With a growing presence across Europe and a client base exceeding 2,500 companies, we are gearing up for our next phase of expansion after successfully entering multiple new markets since 2022.

We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to embrace the challenge of joining a European Fintech in its exciting scale-up phase.

• You will be part of a small accounting team operating and further developing our highly automated accounting, controlling and reporting environment
• You will be responsible for balance accounting (excluding payroll, accounts receivables/payables)
• You will coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reporting
• You will also support the further development of key financial figures, support related processes (automation, reporting, forecasting)
• In addition, you will support budgeting and take over controlling

• You have completed advanced training in finance and accounting, ideally a specialist certificate.
• You are proficient when it comes to the use of Office tools, especially Excel. Knowledge of VBA, MySQL and other programming are an asset
• You have experience in a similar role, preferrably in a highly automated treasury environment
• You are fluent in German and have advanced level of English
