We are now looking for an **Operations & Service Manager** — a hands-on, highly organized individual who can take ownership of everything that happens _after a sale is confirmed_, ensuring each order flows smoothly from production to installation and after-sales support.

## Tasks

**About the Role**

You’ll be the **operational backbone of Ahti**, managing the full journey from order to installation.  

This includes:

*   Overseeing our warehouse and logistics staff ,
*   Managing deliveries and installations staff,
*   Handling customer service and technical support staff, and
*   Closing the feedback loop with our quality team in our factories.

This is a **key leadership role** for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and improving systems — someone who wants to make things run like clockwork.

## Requirements

*   5–10 years of experience in **operations, logistics, or project coordination** — ideally within **interiors, construction materials, sanitary ware, or appliances**.
*   Proven ability to manage small teams (warehouse, plumber, drivers, customer service).
*   Fluent in **Bahasa Indonesia** and **English**. 
*   Highly organized and detail-oriented — can build systems from scratch.
*   Calm under pressure and naturally solution-focused.
*   Practical, hands-on mindset; enjoys seeing things move from start to finish.
