About the role

We are looking for a Quality process expert to strengthen our team.
This role focuses on standardizing and digitalizing quality processes across industrial production sites, with a strong emphasis on acting as ERP super-user for quality functionalities (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).

The Quality process expert will ensure that quality processes are correctly embedded into the ERP and related applications, supporting traceability, compliance, and effective use of digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document quality requirements and processes across plants.

• Act as ERP super-user for quality modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O:

• Support configuration and system usage.
• Test and validate functionalities.

• Provide training and user support in different plants.

• Develop End User Procedures and guidelines to support ERP users in quality processes.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure proper integration of quality processes in ERP.
• Contribute to data traceability and reporting for audits and decision-making.

• Solid experience in quality management within industrial/manufacturing environments, preferably in discrete production, (not food, pharma, or consumer goods).
• Strong practical experience as an ERP super-user (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O, but SAP, Oracle, or similar also valued).
• Knowledge of digitalization of processes and data traceability.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Team player and self- starter.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical, or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel y o production sites (including international projects).
• Availability to travel 30%-40% of the time.
