Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients with the focus of generating more revenue for clients and us
  • Establish strong relationships with your existing partners through day to day communication (Skype, emails, calls)
  • Support new clients during the onboarding process
  • Analyze KPIs related to the performance of your partners and take actions accordingly
  • Prepare reports and presentations for your partners
  • Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and pipeline related to your clients portfolio
  • Being able to gather and communicate your partner’s needs internally with the right priority, including technical trouble shooting

Requirements

  • You have min. 1 year of experience in the Advertising Technology or Mobile Advertising Space
  • Understanding of the standard KPIs used in Ad Tech (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc)
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You are fluent in English (German + other languages a plus)
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Mastering the Google Suite (Sheet and Slides especially)
  • Output- and Revenue Driven attitude
  • Liking to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership
