Technician (f/m/d)

8tree’s application-specific tools are completely self-contained hardware + software systems that work as easily as taking a photo. Our tools empower operators with enhanced quality and reliability, thereby improving safety and efficiency in their industrial workflows.

• Perform ISO 17025 accredited calibration of 8tree tools on an ongoing basis as customer systems come due for annual calibration
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of calibration records in 8tree’s customer database
• Test all aspects (hardware + software) of our tools for performance, robustness and reliability
• Technical troubleshooting & customer support
• Be accountable for all shipping and logistics to/from our US office

• Proven experience debugging and repairing electronic circuits, and demonstrating similar technical acumen and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics and diagrams
• Strong PC-based computer skills
• Professional command of the English language (verbal & written) for business communication and records documentation
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative to learn, identify challenges and seek solutions
• Adherence to local Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Diploma in technical field
