42 Wolfsburg is a recently launched, disruptive higher education NGO/start-up educating 600 students to become cutting-edge techies and software engineers in a practice-based peer-learning environment. 42 Wolfsburg is based on the internationally successful concept of Ecole 42 which was funded 2013 in Paris and today trains 15‘000 students in 42 schools. At 42 Wolfsburg we set out to educate the next generation of german software engineers to build the digital (mobility) infrastructure of our societies – this means meaningful work, excellent career opportunities and lots of responsibility.
As the Head of Marketing at 42 Wolfsburg you will be part of a dynamic forward-thinking team. We aim to build a vibrant learning community for students as well as employees. We think and act like a startup but have the strategic support from industry partners and the successful brand, content and infrastructure of the global 42 network.
In your role, you will lead on marketing strategy and implementation. As such, you will be responsible for our branding as well as performance marketing campaigns. These are geared towards attracting thousands of potential students to our application process and hundreds of students to our 1-month selection boot camps (Piscines) taking place several times a year in Wolfsburg. Our student community is international so our working language and marketing activities are in English and German.
While we believe some presence on-site is essential to nurture team culture, work hours are flexible and remote working is possible.
