Head of Product

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Product to join our team at 100 Tasks and lead the development of a key SaaS feature that will supplement our core e-learning platform. As the Head of Product, you will play an integral role in driving our product vision, from initial ideation to full execution, ensuring that it aligns with our mission of empowering founders worldwide to build and scale their ventures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional product management, with the ability to conduct user research, define product roadmaps, and deliver exceptional user experiences. In addition, experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble.io is a significant advantage (but not a must), as you will be expected to lead the MVP development of this new product extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process, from user research and ideation to MVP creation and beyond.
• Define and execute a product roadmap and pricing strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Design and refine user flows (UX) and user interfaces (UI) to ensure an outstanding user experience.
• Manage the development process, with a focus on using no-code/low-code tools like Bubble.io, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and improvements.
• Own and optimize key performance indicators, including NPS and churn rates, to drive product success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering successful SaaS products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into actionable product features.
• Experience with no-code/low-code development platforms (e.g., Bubble.io) is a strong plus.
• Entrerepreneurial in nature, readiness to take on ownership and be a lead member of the organization. To work without much given direction and still be effective
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for building innovative products that make a meaningful impact.
